How Space Redi handles your information.

Space Redi, Inc. (“Space Redi,” “we,” “us”) operates spaceredi.com and related subdomains (the “Site”) and develops SPOK, an operational intelligence platform for spacecraft operations (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit the Site, contact us, sign up for updates, or deal with us as a prospective or current customer, partner or investor.

Use of the Services by our customers is governed by our agreements with them, which take precedence over this policy for the data they cover (see “Customer data” below).

01 · INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us.

When you submit a form on the Site, request early access, sign up for updates, email us, book or attend a meeting, or otherwise correspond with us, we collect what you provide. That is typically your name, email address, organization, role and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically.

When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from the IP address. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies; see “Cookies and analytics” below.

Information from other sources.

We may receive business contact information about you from partners, accelerator and event programs, mutual contacts, and publicly available professional sources, and combine it with information you give us.

Customer data.

Customers may provide engineering documentation, telemetry, procedures and similar material so we can deliver the Services (“Customer Data”). Customer Data is processed under, and governed by, the agreement with that customer, including its confidentiality and data-handling terms. Technical data that may be subject to export-control laws is shared only under controls agreed with the customer in writing.

02 · HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and early-access requests, and arrange and hold meetings;
• evaluate, provide, support and improve the Services and our relationships with customers and partners;
• send updates you have asked for or that are otherwise permitted by law, each with a way to opt out;
• operate, secure and improve the Site, and understand how it is used;
• protect against fraud, abuse and security threats;
• comply with legal obligations, including export-control and sanctions requirements, and enforce our rights.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, in the EEA and UK), we rely on: steps you ask us to take or a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, balanced against your rights; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations.

03 · HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above, with:

• Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting, email and email delivery, analytics, cloud infrastructure, scheduling, and customer-relationship providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and insurers.
• Programs and partners, such as accelerators and investors, limited to business information needed for the relationship, and never Customer Data.
• Authorities and others when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Space Redi, our customers or others.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
• Others with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information.

04 · COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work and, where enabled, analytics to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, for this purpose. Where the law requires consent for analytics cookies, we ask for it first, and you can change your choice at any time.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’sopt-out browser add-on. We do not currently use advertising cookies; if that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

05 · RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Customer Data is kept and deleted as set out in the relevant customer agreement.

06 · SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07 · INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Space Redi is based in the United States. Information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws from where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

08 · YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond as required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

09 · CHILDREN

The Site and Services are intended for professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10 · OTHER WEBSITES

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as partner and program sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11 · CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, where the changes are significant, take reasonable steps to let you know.
